This HG Marble Impregnator Penetrates deep into the surface and completely seals off small pores. Larger pores are made smaller meaning liquid molecules can no longer be absorbed preventing the formation of stains and dirt. However, any dampness in the floor can still evaporate. To check the porosity of the surface use a tablespoon of water. If after 5 minutes none of the water has been absorbed into the surface the surface is sealed. Does not completely seal the material (but allows breathing). Does not change (or hardly changes) the original characteristics of the material. It is suitable for inside and outside use. Also suitable for natural stone, terazzo, travertine and slate. For porous Terracotta tiles, quarry tiles, brick and flagstone floors we recommend using HG Impregnating Sealer.

Thanks ReplyHi Kate, the best Golv Polish we have is the HG Golvpolish 1.0 L Glaze. This is a sealant and a glaze. Just search for it on our website.
