Submitted by Eileen* 22:01 Sun 5th July 2009* Reply (1) Hi, we live in terraced house with no driveway. Can we leave it on pavement? If not, if we leave on road would we need permit for that? ReplyHi, this could go in the road like a normal skip however if you are reported then it could lead to a fine from your local council. The collection wagons have a reach of 4m and can grab a bag over a wall of up to 6' in height. If you have any queries just ring the Hippo Waste helpline on 0845 8500 850 and they will confirm this. Submitted by Jason Thomson* 13:56 Thu 18th December 2008* Reply (1) Hi, can you lift the bag over a 5' 6" garden wall? (Without touching the wall, obviously). Wall height: 5' 6" Outside: Distance from road to wall is: 7'. Inside: Distance from wall to bag would be 3'. Thanks ReplyHi Jason, the collection wagons have a reach of 4m and they can grab a bag over a wall of anything up to 6' in height.
