We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Visa Electron. For trade customers we also offer a 30 day payment credit account to apply for this please go to Trade Account. We usually process applications within two working days.

No, we do not have any outlets. We are primarily an online retailer to enable the greatest savings on quality building materials. When you are urgently in need of the best materials around you won’t be disappointed with our speedy next day service (order before 12pm to receive next working day).

No, we act so swiftly here at Buildersuperstore.co.uk that amends have to be put through as seperate orders – we need to cancel your first order immediately to ensure you are refunded. If you want to cancel an order please email us on contact@buildersuperstore.co.uk. This must be done before 3pm on the day of purchase or the next working day if ordered after 12pm. May I see the product before I buy?
Yes, our sampling service is available on the entire range and delivery is usually next day. You don't pay a penny for the sample however delivery will be charged at a small fee. This will be viewed in the basket and you will have chance to cancel if you are not happy with the postage cost.

Simply add samples to your basket using the "Order Free Sample" button and checkout normally - your billing and delivery addresses are needed and a suitable form of payment. They will then be despatched and delivered by Royal Mail at your request.

Only between 1%-2% of your a pallet order should be damaged - always contact us if you are unhappy with the state of the delivered order, if you have any problems like this simply email contact@buildersuperstore.co.uk.

Remember to add approximately 10% onto your order quantity for wastage, cutting and emergencies.

No, colours and shades can change in different batches of production so it's a great idea to have a couple of boxes stored in case of emergencies too.
Back to topHow do I return faulty items?
Faulty items must be reported before installation or use. Items that have been installed and are deemed to be faulty or are faulty due to general wear and tear cannot be refunded. Shade and colour variations in different batches are not deemed to be a fault of the product - this is an acceptable fluctuation in product characteristics.Items that are faulty must be reported by email within 7 days of reciept with photographic evidence of the problem. They will then be arranged for pick up by our friendly team and your order will be redespatched or refunded within 2 working days of collection. All items on the website should automatically be in stock. Each item should state the total amount of stock available in almost real time. We try to ensure that you should never be able to order a product that is out of stock. In the unfortunate instance of a system error users may experience some problems with stock levels however this occurs seldomly.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Not at this stage. This functionality is recognised as being a necessary addition to the service and is currently being developed – we will roll it out as soon as possible. Currently you will receive separate email/SMS notification on order confirmation, order processing and when the order has been despatched. With our economy, next day service or timed delivery you will recieve your order as requested. If you have any order or delivery queries simply email contact@buildersuperstore.co.uk.

As with anything there are sometimes problems with deliveries. We endeavour to ensure all items on the site are in stock and ready to despatch at the time of purchase. We will always despatch items ordered before 12pm on the same day. If you have ordered after 12pm then there may be a delay on despatch however the order will go out on the next available working day. Next day guaranteed applies to orders placed before 12pm as with timed deliveries. Yes, we know how important it is to you getting your goods on-site and on-time! Use our premium timed/pre-booked delivery service for an extra £10.00 (on top of normal delivery charge) on palletised deliveries and £5.00 (on top of normal delivery charge) boxed deliveries to ensure they are there when you need them. Yes, but orders of quarter pallet size or more will be delivered to the nearest kerbside and you should ensure someone is available for signing and taking product on site. When ordering full containers, can I order different colours and styles of material?
